Longren Antarctic Newsletter #04* - 31.12.2022 ------------------------------------------------- Dearest people, I wanted to take a brief break from the usual  newsletter format to send you a holiday card.  The past few months for me have primarily been  adjusting to a new style of living, a new job,  new friends, all in a fascinating new place.  Along with everything new, what stands out for  me is how much I miss you all. Thank you for  reading these little messages that I send out  and for remaining a friend as I run off on  this escape of mine. I'll leave you with one of my favorite photos  from my time here so far. Some background, we  played a softball tournament between each of  the departments on Christmas day. In the photo,  I'm running to home plate. You can see in the  background many of my newly made friends,  coworkers, and roommates. It was a great time  full of grilling, drinking, laughs, and cheers.
